Juliet is a civil engineer who is recognised as a global expert in the resilience of critical infrastructure systems.
With over 25 years’ experience on a broad range of infrastructure projects both in the UK and internationally she focuses on multi-hazard risks and enhancing the resilience of infrastructure systems. Juliet has a track record of translating resilience theory into practice, and designing practical, relevant and innovative solutions for her clients.
Juliet’s technical knowledge has been honed and demonstrated on a wide variety of complex infrastructure projects all over the world and she brings this knowledge to clients seeking to enhance their resilience to climate change and other shocks and stresses. This covers risk-based approaches for managing existing assets, assessment of risks and hazards for new infrastructure, and adaptation pathways to deliver future resilience for those who depend on infrastructure systems.
